Multimedia Designer
Job Objective :

  • To work with the E-Commerce team in marketing by creating multimedia content for various social media and advertising platform.
  • To support the E-commerce team with creative design skills.

Job Description :

  • Create videos and shoot photos for the company’s products to create promotional posts for various projects (CSR/Company Event/Training videos).
  • Operating cameras and different types of equipment, travel to other location or in the studio, in the production of professional pre-recorded programming
  • Broadcast live streams. Direct talent as needed during shootings.
  • Create video content, scripts and idea brainstorming with the team and share work progress to ensure accurate completion of all details.
  • Video shoot, edit and produce videos for web and mobile platforms. Including post-production.
  • Coordinate and liaise with other departments in video requirements.
  • Ad Hoc tasks may be assigned by management from time to time.

Formal Qualification

  • Diploma/Degree Holder in Mass Communication and Media studies / Broadcasting / Film studies / Cinematography / Photography / Videography / Visual arts or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field (videographer / video editor / photographer).
  • Strong knowledge & experience in shooting photos and videos.
  • Demonstrated video camera operation experience with an emphasis on documentary shooting.
  • Energetic and passionate about marketing trend and social media, internet savvy and digital devices literate is a must.
  • Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g Adobe Photoshop, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects and any other video editor applications).
  • Creative mind and storytelling skills
  • Positive driven and independent attitude.
  • Highly disciplined and organized with a desire to win and results drive.
  • Good command of spoken and written in English and Bahasa. (Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and has a high level of initiative.
Purchasing Assistant

JOB OBJECTIVE / SUMMARY

  • To Manage the procurements of essential goods and services by developing and maintaining the most efficient, cost-effective processes.

 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To be accountable to and assist the executives & manager in day to day work.
  • To assist track and coordinate with supplier on shipment arriving schedule and updated into the system once goods received.
  • Ensure all purchase is approved within mandated guidelines.
  • To ensure all Purchasing document are properly arrange and file.
  • Ensure audit compliance and order accuracy.
  • To Match & tally the supplier invoice against PO received before handover to Finance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Formal Qualification

  1. He/She must possess an SPM, Certificate in profession / Diploma in Business Administration / Economics or its equivalent.
  2. At least 1 years of experience in the field of Purchasing. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Knowledge

  1. Familiar with Microsoft Office Application Software
  2. Experience in the SAP system is an advantage

JOB OBJECTIVE / SUMMARY

To ensure daily inspection activity is running smoothly

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. To conduct incoming inspection and test for raw materials, packaging materials, and others material on timely and effectively at determined sampling plan.
  2. To ensure any non-conformances detected during incoming inspection and test are well identified, segregated and notified to relevant parties without delay.
  3. To check the COA available for each delivery, follow up with Purchasing if no COA provided.
  4. To arrange sample to test for TGA / DSC, viscosity at R&D center and JK Plant respectively without delay, and follow up the test result accordingly.
  5. To ensure all records involves in IQC inspection & test are recorded and retained properly

Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

Focusing on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and problem resolution for electrical/mechanical equipment issues. Responsible for maintaining enhances service quality and equipment reliability by improving workflows and optimizing maintenance processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Planning and execution of the preventative maintenance programs. Improve the reliability of the equipment.
  2. Co-ordinate & monitor work performed by contractors
  3. Work with vendors to source parts and to substitute OEM parts with more economical options, designing and testing improved parts to improve equipment functionality.
  4. Manage capital projects including identifying scope, cost, milestones, etc.
  5. Provide leadership, coaching and direction to technicians in all aspects of their work.
  6. Serves as a key resource for safety related issues with the goal of meeting/exceeding OSHA requirements for a safe workplace.
  7. Participates in technical audits and compliance assessments, and follows up on closure of remedial action plans.
  8. Ensuring there is continuous cover of the machinery & equipment in case of breakdowns.
  9. Analyzes & implements corrective action reports & process tracking mechanisms.
  10. Provides daily equipment functioning activity information.
  11. Identifies and captures opportunities for improvement in equipment maintainability and reliability.
